Launch of a new office in Dinnington for United Caps
This event gave our Chef’s team a challenge to create a menu to suit the pallets of the South Yorkshire and Danish contingents of this international company. A wide range of Scandinavian dishes such as Salmon Gravalax cured with Sheffield Gin and Dill alongside more traditional British fayre like fresh baked sausage rolls and our Sheffield Egg did the trick.
