Bonfire Wood Fired Pizza Event

It will be a Friday afternoon with a difference at the Technology Centre!  The 4th November sees another visit from our Wood Fired Pizza Oven this time with a Bonfire/Halloween theme!

Among the menu delights with our locally sourced twists will be The Mexican Bomb and the Moss Valley Banger.  And "wrong on so many levels" (as one of our Chefs commented) The Sparkler - a dessert pizza.  Yes a dessert pizza of local toffee apple and Chef Ian's own Marshmallow recipe.  Blasphemy or a new taste sensation - come along on Friday 4th November bewteen 11.30 and 2.30pm to find out.
