Pork Charcuterie and Lamb Shenanigans

On the 14th November 2013 we organised an evening to demonstrate the art of lamb butchery and some simple pork charcuterie.  We held this at Green Directions in Stannington and with brilliant input from Mark and his wife Sarah.  Barry from All things Wine and More made excellent wine pairing and Gwilym, our favourite sheep farmer did an amazing job with the butchery demo.
