My first post!

Hi!

This is my first post.  I am keen to share the more interesting aspects of the development of our food based business PJ taste, based here in Sheffield, Yorkshire.  I guess it will be an intertwined combination of personal and business thoughts and the trials and tribulations of combing the two.  Hopefully this will shape up to include links to some great food producers, the joys of gathering wild food and growing our own as well as the business challenges of maintaining our passion as we grow and develop.
