Vietmanese noodles, Thai curries, wood fired pizza, burrito bars, hog and spit roasts and BBQ's are just some of the range of street food concepts we offer. We enjoy creating great live theatre cooking experiences and travel to venues in Sheffield, South Yorkshire and Derbyshire.
We love cooking over real fire using wood sustainably cut and seasoned from our own plot in Derbyshire. This together with the charcoal that we use for our spit roast gives a real authenticity to the flavour of pizzas, meats and BBQ’s. In addition we source and grow much produce locally preserving where possible to extend the seasons.
