DIne at Home - our Sheffield delivered Comfort Food Classics

Our locally sourced menus delivered to individual homes in Sheffield, Rotherham and Dronfield have been a great success through the Covid pandemic.

Ideal for birthday celebrations, date nights in or just as a treat we do all the work using the best local suppliers. Our sustainable delivery uses our electric vehicles and we aim to reduce environmental impacts by the choice of our packaging. We then supply simple instructions on re-heating and final assembly.

Here’s how the current Dine at Home cooking instructions are supplied.

 Starters 

Garlic Prawns with our Tear and Share Focaccia made with Carr House Farm Organic Flour and our Own Grown Rosemary

Gently heat the prawns in a mocrowave for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.

Place the bread in its foil tray in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 5 minuites to warm through.

To serve tip the prawns into the centre of the salad bowl and enjopy with the bread.

 Pate de Campagne – a classic bistro dish made with Moss Valley Pork and served with our Apple Jelly and Tear and Share Focaccia made with carr House Farm Organic Flour and our Own Grown Rosemary

 Place the bread in its foil tray in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 5 minuites to warm through.  Serve with the pate.
Potato and Watercress Veloute with our sourdough grilled with Yorkshire Cheddar

Re-heat the soup until piping hot in the microwave.  

Place the toastie in its foil tray in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 5 minuites to warm through.  Re-heat the soup in its container in a microwave or in a saucepan.

Main Courses
 

Chicken Kiev – with a Cheddar Rosti.

Remove lid from chicken and place in a pre- heated oven at 180C for 25 minutes or until the centre is piping hot.

For Cheddar Rosti place in the oven for the last 8-10 minutes.

 

Beef Cheek with Parsley Dumplings and Garlic Mashed Potato

Remove the lid from the beef and place in a pre- heated oven at 180C for 20 minutes or until the dumplings are browned and nicely risen.

Homage to Andalucia - Portobello Mushroom with Hidalgo La Gitana Manzanilla Dry Sherry and Locally grown chilli with a celeriac dauophinoise melting Yorkshire Brie and Puff Pastry (Vegetarian).

 Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the pastry is golden and the centre piping hot.

 All main courses served with Cauliflower Cheese and Sweetheart Cabbage

 Place the Cauliflower cheese in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes until hot and golden on top.

The cabbage can be microwaved for 2-3 minutes until piping hot.
 

Desserts

 Yorkshire Carrot Cake with Crème Fraiche and a Hot Seville Orange and Walnut Sauce

 Warm the sauce for 2-3 minutes in a microwave and serve with the cake.

Sticky Toffee Pudding with a double chocolate brandy and salted caramel sauce

 

Warm the sauce for 2-3 minutes in a microwave and serve with the cake.
Crème Brulee with vodka soused Morello Cherries

 Enjoy straight from the plate.
