Well done guys - Eat Sheffield Restaurant Awards
Here it is – the spoils of war. Our trophy from the third Sheffield Eat Sheffield awards:
EatShefLocalProduceAward11102010
Well done to all our team.
Most of the PJ taste team with apologies to Fran, Pat, Mel, Hanna, Emma, Hanna(2), Alex, Dan, and Amy
We’ve had a good year and highly commended is brilliant but call me competitive I would like to go one better next year. Our thanks must go to Eat Sheffield and Niki Baker who manages this scheme as these events provide an extra edge of competition and motivation. Really this shouldn’t make a difference as the commercial pressure of survival must surely be enough but somehow competing with your industry peers does give a different context. So heres to next year’s awards, but more importantly to us all working together to further develop a thriving independent food sector, supporting local producers and producing amazing and creative food and drink experiences.
For my indulgence here’s one of our submitted locally sourced menus provided for the inaugral E3 networking event on the 29th April this year:
